US marks 25th anniversary of 9/11 terror attacks
Commemorations across America as it marks 25 years since 9/11 — the deadliest attack on US soil. A moment of silence was held to mark the time American Airlines Flight 1 crashed into the north tower of the World Trade Center. All four living former Presidents — Bill Clinton, George W Bush, Barack Obama and Joe Biden — were in Downtown Manhattan for the memorials, along with Vice President JD Vance as well as New York's present and former mayors Zohran Mamdani and Rudy Giuliani. Drones recreated the Twin Towers above the New York Harbor on Wednesday night. Almost 3,000 lights were used — one for each person killed on Sep 11, 2001. Mitch McCann reports from New York.
